Maverick Mushroom is an information directory covering the psilocybin ecosystem — dispensaries, retreats, facilitators, clinics, education programs, and brands. We allow businesses and individuals to create listings and allow the public to discover them. We do not sell any product, and a listing is not an endorsement of legality — psilocybin laws vary by jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you.

Some sections of the directory (dispensary listings) require you to confirm you are 19 years of age or older before viewing. Nothing on this site facilitates the purchase, sale, or delivery of any controlled substance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

Nothing on this site is medical, clinical, legal, or professional advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to use any substance. We do not provide dosing guidance, treatment plans, or diagnoses, and we make no claims that psilocybin treats, cures, or prevents any condition.

Listings for clinics, therapy providers, facilitators, and retreats are directory entries, not referrals or endorsements. We do not verify clinical competence, licensing status on an ongoing basis, or treatment outcomes. If you are considering psilocybin in a therapeutic context, speak with a qualified healthcare professional, and be aware that psilocybin can be unsafe for people with certain conditions or taking certain medications.

Our on-site assistant answers general questions about the directory. Its responses are informational only, may be inaccurate, and are never a substitute for professional advice.

Our Species Library is general reference material about fungi. It is not an identification service and must never be used to decide whether a wild mushroom is safe to eat.

Deadly species closely resemble psilocybin-containing ones and grow in the same places. Misidentification can be fatal. Do not rely on this site, or any website, to identify a mushroom for consumption. If you believe you or someone else has ingested an unidentified mushroom, contact your local poison control centre or emergency services immediately.

When you submit a listing to our directory, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You have the right to submit the business or practice for listing
• Your listing does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Your listing does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You will keep your listing information up to date

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion. Grounds for removal include (but are not limited to) inaccurate information, inappropriate content, or violations of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are harmful to the community.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or listed businesses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
• Post spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Submit reviews that are fake, incentivized, or otherwise misleading
• Use our services, our contact forms, or our assistant to buy, sell, arrange, or solicit any controlled substance
• Post dosing guidance, cultivation instructions, or medical claims in listings, reviews, or messages

The Maverick Mushroom name, logo, and all content on this website (except user-submitted content) are the property of Maverick Mushroom and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content (listings, reviews, images), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

Basic listings are free. We may offer paid placement or enhanced listing tiers; where we do, terms and pricing will be disclosed before any payment is taken and handled outside of automated card processing on this site.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any listing information. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging with listed businesses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maverick Mushroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, where this directory is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if that fails, they shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
